Reviews
“Hindley’s fully realized cartoons draw out the conceit’s humor via googly-eyed characters who lug their myriad instruments across snow and stars alike. It’s a raucous jaunt that yields fresh reasons for appreciation across repeated reads.” —Publisher’s Weekly
“From the very first page young readers are engaged in the story with rhyming text that will make them want to partake in the marching band's antics. There are repetitive phrases that truly make this a fun book to read aloud.” —YA Books Central
“Rhythmic language transports the reader right into the heart of this story, as we follow a marching band on an adventure through the town, to the zoo, into space, and beyond. Left-right, left-right go their feet, as we hear sounds from roaring tigers and wrecking balls, exciting and involving children throughout.” —PA Media
“This is a joyful picture and so much fun – counting, stomping, marching up and down. Kael Tudor and Kate Hindley make for a brilliant partnership of rhyming words and pictures.” —Bookwagon
“Bouncy rhyming and repetitive text, and fabulous illustrations with loads to look at - it’s just really good, fun for storytime. A must have.” —Peters
